ARLS004 QSOs with STS-63
 
Hams may soon get some unexpected opportunities to make QSOs with
space shuttle mission STS-63 orbiting astronauts.  Mission
Specialist Mike Foale, KB5UAC, recently decided he wants to make
random QSOs after the shuttle rendezvous with MIR on Day Five, around
February 7.  Crewmates Vladimir Titov, U1MIR, and Janice Voss,
KC5BTK, may also find time to operate.  This is an informal mission
for SAREX, with no scheduled school QSOs, and all QSOs will be done
during crew leisure time.  Frequencies will be the standard SAREX
frequencies.  Standby for more details and information on keplerian
elements.
