ARLB083 FCC cancels voluntary communications emergency

At the request of Mississippi Section Manager Malcolm Keown, W5XX,
the FCC has cancelled the voluntary communications emergency
affecting 7285, 7290, 3873, and 3935 kHz.  These frequencies have
been returned to normal amateur use.

The FCC requested that notification of clearance be transmitted on
each frequency.

The frequencies had been used during Hurricane Georges for the Gulf
Coast Emergency and the Gulf Coast Emergency Health and Welfare
nets.
