ARLB027 Date for club call signs
 
Effective now, the Federal Communications Commission is accepting
applications for new club and military recreation station licenses.
Call signs will be issued by the FCC from the Group D call sign
block, based on the applicant's call district.
 
Special FCC Form 610-B must be used to apply, and applications must
be sent to the FCC's Gettysburg Licensing Facility, 1270 Fairfield
Rd, Gettysburg PA 17325-7245.
 
Form 610-B can be obtained from the ARRL/VEC for an SASE.
