ARLB009 Correction to W1AW Bulletin ARLB007 ARRL Board meets 2/2

Bulletin ARLB007 incorrectly reported an action of the ARRL Board of
Directors.  The bulletin should have stated that the Board defeated
a motion on a 10-5 vote to refer to the Executive Committee for
study a proposal to ask the FCC to reduce the number of license
classes to three.

A corrected version of ARLB007 has been issued.
